Maple Fudge

Ingredients: 

2-1/2 cups maple sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup boiling water
1 cup broken nut meats

Instructions: 

Break maple sugar into small pieces and heat it in a saucepan with water

When dissolved, add milk

Boil to soft ball stage

Remove from heat and cool

When lukewarm, beat until creamy and add nut meats

Spread in a buttered pan

When hardens, cut into squares
