Orange Honey Butter
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter or margarine at room temperature
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
Makes 1/2 cup
Instructions:
In a small bowl, beat butter until fluffy
Beat in honey and orange zest until well mixed
Serve with muffins, pancakes or french toast
