Pinenut Salad Dressing
Ingredients: ½ cup chopped pinenuts
Dash of nutmeg
¼ cup salad or olive oil
3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon grated lemon peel
Instructions: Mix pinenuts, salt, oil, vinegar, lemon peel, and nutmeg
Good on spinach
